Kinum always attempts to recover 100% of the amount owed from the debtor. However, sometimes a debtor agrees to pay a lower amount during Kinum Collection Calls (Step 3) to settle the case. Only in such cases, we recommend that the Client authorizes Kinum to settle any accounts at or above the Settle in Full (SIF) Authority percentage rate. We recommend that you set it to 75% instead of 100% . Below, you can put any number between 50 and 100 in the SIF percent field.
